A $750.00 Admission Fee is required to reserve any residence. This Admission Fee is a onetime fee and is used to maintain the common areas and physical plant. $500.00 of the fee will be applied to the first months rent. In the event a residence is reserved but does not become occupied due to resident health reasons, all of the Admission Fee is refundable. All prices subject to change.
